We started with one true thing.

Nurses and CNAs carry the whole floor — every shift, every code, every call light at 3 a.m. — and most of the merch out there calls them "angels" and calls it a day. We thought that was a little insulting.

Carry the Floor is for the people doing the closest, hardest, least-thanked work in the building. The CNA who turns every patient and never gets paged a thank-you. The nurse running on coffee, spite, and muscle memory. We make shirts, mugs, and the occasional gift that say what you'd actually say — funny when it should be funny, real when it counts.

No capes. No platitudes. Just compression socks and the truth.
