Refund policy

Because every item in our shop is printed on demand and made to order just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

 

That said, we stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at carrythefloor@carrythefloor.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.

 

Cancellations: because production starts quickly, we can only accept cancellation requests within 2 hours of ordering.
